Scr888 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the scr888 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the scr888 platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and scr888 as the platform operator.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and must not share it with any other party. scr888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users of the scr888 platform agree to:

• Using the platform solely for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable Malaysian law.

• Not taking any action that could compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the scr888 platform.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the scr888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, online bank transfers, and digital wallets listed in your account's deposit section. scr888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Users agree that all deposits made are final and non-reversible once a transaction is confirmed. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required before a transfer is approved. scr888 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an investigation into account activity is ongoing.

Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user. scr888 is not liable for any additional charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing.

5. Account Suspension & Closure

Scr888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

• A written request from the user themselves to close their account.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending further investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the scr888 support team through the available channels.

Scr888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.
